The Board of Directors governs the Association and has overall responsibility for pursuing its Mission and strategic plan, developed through a process of consultation with the State Divisions.
The Board is the ultimate decision-making and policy-setting body. It is also responsible for the financial viability of the Association ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and provides guidance for operational planning.
The President and all other non-executive Directors are to act in what the Board considers are the best interests of the Association and the membership as a whole.
