CPD update

Participation in CPD is set to become a mandatory requirement of registration for optometrists. The Optometry Board of Australia has developed a CPD program in consultation with the Association and many other stakeholders.

Workplace eye safety in focus

Sixty percent of eye injuries happen at work, most of which can be prevented. Optometrists Association and HOYA Lens Australia have launched a new campaign to raise awareness on eye safety at work and reduce the number of eye injuries.
